Region within a Region copies the Style of its parent
The sub-Region does not have a Style, but still shows a border, which is assigned to the parent Region. This happens to Labels and possibly other Controls as well -

Let user tag sheets in PDF plan set using a bulk upload via spreadsheet
would it be possible to develop a feature to tag (add detailed information like name, sheet number, discipline, type, revision, revision date, etc.) sheets in the PDF plan set via a spreadsheet upload?
enable creating workflow from scratch without importing one
Currently when a new form is created one needs to import a workflow only then to modify. Please, enable creation of workflow statuses from scratch by providing the "Add new status/step" in the "Set workflow" tab
