Region within a Region copies the Style of its parent

The sub-Region does not have a Style, but still shows a border, which is assigned to the parent Region.

This happens to Labels and possibly other Controls as well -

    This is working as designed.
    If you would like the Sub-region to have a different style than its Parent region you can apply a different style to the sub-region.
