Exported Spreadsheet should include headers such as Bid Number and Title
Exported spreadsheet does not have a header for Bid Number and Title. The spreadsheet directly contains the data header and data but does not identify which Bid number/title it comes from.
Currently, ProcureWare only allows for scheduling a bid to be published in the future. As a buyer, I want the ability to "publish now" which means the bid is instantly published.

Clarifications are not available for viewing without logging in. Client would like both the clarification question posted by the vendor and the client's response to be visible to users who have not logged into the site.

Since the bid is closed, I don't need to see that it's still a bid in progress. Maybe there could be a way to archive those so that they're not completely deleted.
Publish "non-verified" bid results immediately after (within 1 hour) the bid opening
Currently, you take 24 or more hours to publish the bid results because you insist on verifying all the bids. Could you publish what was read, with a statement that said results are not yet verified?
