Current Filtering Behavior in SYNCHRO Work Screen

At present, when users attempt to filter on the Work Screen in SYNCHRO, they must manually click back into the white input box (e.g., next to "Closed") for the filter to activate. This behavior is unintuitive and inconsistent with most other systems, where pressing "Enter" or clicking outside the field typically applies the filter automatically.

Suggested Improvement

To enhance usability and reduce confusion, consider adding a clearly visible "Filter" button to the right of the dropdown. This would provide users with a more familiar and explicit way to apply filters.
