Pretty sure hardly anyone knows about this site (I had to specifically ask customer support to get the link). Adding a link to the help menu (which has links for Synchro academy, training, equip. library, etc) should help improve the product by getting more feedback from users.
This was implemented in SYNCHRO version 6.3
You can find the link to submit ideas in the Help menu (top right corner)
