Show last modified date on form reports and dashboard
There is a need to see last modified date in grid views, both on form-specific reports as well as on the dashboard page. This will allow the team to understand recent workflow updates and what workflows are falling behind.
We have to be able to move the QR Code after it is placed. Right now, the entire sheet has to be deleted and reimported back in to change the location of a QR code by placing a completely new one.
