A Permission Box should be created on who has the ability to Delete a File Attachments for a Role(s).
Thank you for submitting your idea. We understand the desire for it and will consider it for a future release. Currently we are not looking to add permissions to specific attachments but this might become a reality in conjunction with other enhancements we are looking to make. We will update this idea if and when that work progresses.
