Allow Date Picker to select dates earlier than 2000.

If a form needs to collect a user's date of birth, it is not possible to select a date before 2000. This makes it difficult to collect such values as users may enter differently formatted dates in a textbox.

Filtering PDF Plan sets in Map View

On the Map layer, for plan set, it is good to have more level, right now we only have one level hierarchy, discipline. Other layer that we can add below discipline like area and level. Please attachment.
