Selecting columns to be always visisble in the task list. For instance the ID and Name column to be always visible when scrolling to the right to other columns. This function is available in Excel

Linking tasks with respect the % done

I woulld like to make a link, where the task starts at 50% done of its predecessor, as MS Project does.
