Currently the workflow requires a download from the source (PW or project documents) and an upload to plan set. That leaves up to 3 copies of the same file.
When creating a Folder with the same name, the system will generate the folder with a (1,2,3,etc) at the end of the name of the Folder. The system should already let you know if that Folder with that name say that the folder already exists.
As you can move PDF's in the PlanSet around by draggin them it would be nice to delete a file as easy. Eiether an option to select and drag to a trash can or a red "x" rather moving all the way across the screen to the 3 dots to find the delete.
