Is it easy/possible to be able to adjust the scale of an item at each keyframe on a path?
We'd like to use this to show an increase in spoil stock piles etc. So you'd keep the same keyframe in terms of location, but have a dynamic scale based on timeline.

There's no way to apply a scale transform along a 3D Path, but maybe you could use a cone or pyramid travelling along a path from under to above ground so it appears to be growing, like this:
