Today, printing markups or comments doesn't work with PDF, it shows some size different between what your are doing on your screen and what is printed.
It would be great to have the possibility to do it because at the end of our meetings, we often needs to attached some elements we worked on. Instead of using the "screen capture" of our computers, it would be better to have a seemless and consistant workflow to batch print all the markups we are doing that day.
It would allow us to send reports efficiently without to worry about presentation and/or exchange format.
Try changing the font size for the markup in the markups toolbar. 3.0% or 3.5% was visible on print to PDF
We can also investigate if it is possible to implement "what you see is what you get" printing for markup text
