Business justifications:
User Success leads a project for tracking the impact of Bentley Learn on-demand trainings on user's maturity.
They want to take from Bentley Learn reports the IDs of those users, which completed more than 25% of the SYNCHRO 4D training and check which features they have used after the training.
I have created the list of features with corresponding maturity level and on-demand trainings - see Synchro 4D Maturity Tracking - this list was used to create the attached file
Outcomes:
We will be able to analyze the effectiveness of on-demand training and the maturity of the user/account.
The report will be used to spot the training gaps and potential areas for improvement.
Tracking majority of 4D Pro features will give PAG the chance to create feature usage reports for product development purpose and take informed decisions
