When working with SYNCHRO Field, multiple users can update Resources Statuses from the field. Subsequently, all updates that these users make are visible in the Resources Properties > Status > History window of SYNCHRO 4D Pro. However, only the generic name SynchroHubUser is shown in the User column (see attached image).

Currently there is no way to display the real name of the users added to the SYNCHRO Control project in the Users column of SYNCHRO 4D Pro.

What is needed is that there is a record of the users who update the Resource Statuses, without having to change them manually in SYNCHRO 4D Pro. Under the generic name SynchroUserHub it becomes impossible to have traceability on who updated each part of the project, taking into consideration that in the field there could be many users updating resources.
