Properties generated in ORD (item types, etc.) getting dropped in 4D Pro. This has been an issue since Feb 2021.
Corrected (and apologies for the confusion):
"Process iModel properties" option will soon be available in SYNCHRO Control. Hang tight!
Very soon, this option can be enabled in SYNCHRO Control, Administration> Manage iModels> select "..." for an iModel, choose "Process iModel Proeprties" under sync settings.
This allows iModel-first workflow to show more properties to 4D Pro, which will be available in 4D Pro after next synchronisation is completed.
Please note that synchronization and processing may take some time if the amount of properties is large.
To check those iModel properties in 4D Pro, select any 3D, go to 3D Properties> User Fields to review properties.
