We require this feature because we need a quick way of filtering tasks without/with any resources assigned after doing a programme synchronisation.

Currently the only way to do this is by filtering the resources manually, however, when you import new resources or make changes the filter will not work and you have to manually go in and add (tick) these new resources, this can cause issues if you forget these extra manual steps.

Many people would benefit from this because currently you can't filter based on resource assignment unless you do it manually. When you have thousands of objects it's easier to have 1 button that excludes all the tasks, based on the number of resources assigned to each one.

The filter would work by including or excluding tasks based on any resource assignments, for example only showing tasks that have 0 resources assigned, or only showing tasks that have >=1 resources assigned (3D or other).
