When performing gap analysis' in SYNCHRO, start and finish dates of activities jump. When we re-scheduled/re-calculated, the correct dates appear and the gap in the schedule is there as it should be based on the schedule logic. However whenever a user makes a change in the schedule, even when not related to the specific tasks, the gap closes, and the finish date changes to an incorrect date based on the schedule logic. This is extremely problematic as schedulers & planners are not seeing correct start and finish dates for the logic they've built. This must be fixed to have SYNCHRO be the core detailed scheduling tool for industrial projects. SP sample project available on request
