Unnecessary information exported with MicroStation plugin
while exporting spx from MicroStation, the plugin exports 'Workset' header and other shared cell definitions which not required... it will be good not to export them as there is no use of them for building 4D.
I found that they are showing as graphic elements @ 0,0,0.. Created Service Request 7001209500
