This idea has two parts to it:
1) Enhancement
After using SYNCHRO and deploying it for many projects, we realise the pressing need for the following to be available:
Notification once a form is overdue
Notification to apply to eveyone in the CC list/multi-assignees
Notification to be sent to Form Creator when form is Closed/Voided
2) Customisability
We understand that there is a default notification settings for all SYNCHRO users. What we want is the ability to customise these settings, if the project team demands that we stray away from the default due to project requirements.
Please see the following examples
Customise occurence of notification for overdue forms (e.g. 7 days before overdue, and everyday once designated overdue)
Customise if CC list/multi-assignees are to receive notification when the form changes state
Customise if notifications should be provided to certain groups (e.g. Form Creator, Assigned To, CC List etc.)
Customise if notifications can be fixed to certain user roles/users when the form is overdue or when the form is closed
