indicate the escalation info in the pdf report export if one form is escalated to another form
for example, form A is escalated to form B. When form A or form B is exported, it doesn't state the information/statement of this escalation (e.g. form A is escalated to form B) in the export PDF.

Revision Control - metadata needed (What rev of inspection)
No revision control for an inspection form i.e. halfway through a project an inspection form requires a change, maybe a new setting, a new question, reference to a new standard etc. - the customer will not know what piece of equipment has been ins...
Nothing stops an Inspector from creating a further inspection if it’s been created/started already – or no revision control to show this possible scenario.
No assistance from ‘Published’ upon completion of the bulk import, just success i.e. if the import fails there is no help to fix the import worksheets. Would be nice for the user to understand why it failed and give feedback.
No bulk importing revision control, this means the import spreadsheet (revisions) will be held outside of the product. Would like to have some type of revision control inside the SYNCHRO web page
