This is esp. helpful when setting up a template projects and provisioning them to production. Bindings could be map to project metadata like Project Name, No. etc, and be autofilled in all Form definitions.

Dissociate Plan Set admin setting from Edit project detail setting
Currently, if a Role only has Plan Set admin checked but not Edit Project Detail, they will not see Plan Set options under Admin. Project settings and Plan Set settings are relevant to different personas, so need not be connected.
Maintain PDF mapping after re-uploading similar pdf with updates
We should be able to maintain the mapping if the fillable fields are the same. This will save much time remapping when small updates (additions/formatting) to the PDF have to be reimported.
