CT is a line item in the SOV that is already funded and is used to cover the cost for unforseen conditions. This is not added to the contract or SOV as it is already a line item but the CT would document the use of these funds.

To make it easier for users to identify the right photos, there needs to be a simple thumbnail viewer. This should be resizable so that the users can make the thumbnails bigger as needed.

This feature will be very useful as our project is set-up via cost-codes. So sorting/filtering via cost-code will be very important
