Bring Design Printout set up when a project is re-provisioned

When a form is re-provisioned from one project to another we would like the Custom Design Printout to come over with the form and have the option to select it

Remove inspections from work tab if not in use

Team Member Enterprise Role

Create Custom Form Types

There is currently a limit to how many forms you can create based on the Type, as the Type is shared via the workflow. We might need several design review forms which follows different workflows but we cannot as it is constraint by one type.

Grid Controls in Forms

It seems the spacing indicated for Grid Controls are irrelevant as in the forms view the columns are divided equally. On the Printout it works. Can this be fixed?

Print all logical attachments

Inspections and Forms containing attachments such as PDF / Word etc should be included in the PDF printout.

Separate Create/Edit permissions

In a typical workflow, some people should have the permission to create a form and pass it along, whilst others should only be allowed to modify or edit but not create. Therefore this permission should be seperated.
