The current file path in Documents only provides the last 2 folders.

This should display the entire path:
Documents > 05 - Plans - Field Documents > 01 - Plans > Volume 1 - Civil
When creating a Folder with the same name, the system will generate the folder with a (1,2,3,etc) at the end of the name of the Folder. The system should already let you know if that Folder with that name say that the folder already exists.
Execute on customer feedback to make teh columns in the task (Issues, RFI, Observations, ...) registry web view so that the fields in a specific column can be edited directly to do actions such as updating status, assigning an owner, etc.
