When selecting a parent folder should i not get all the subfolders and files? Currently, when I select a folder from the document I'm only getting 1 folder and non of its subfolders and files

The current file path in Documents only provides the last 2 folders.

This should display the entire path:
Documents > 05 - Plans - Field Documents > 01 - Plans > Volume 1 - Civil
When creating a Folder with the same name, the system will generate the folder with a (1,2,3,etc) at the end of the name of the Folder. The system should already let you know if that Folder with that name say that the folder already exists.
