Currently when you have a project with large footprint, for example, roadways look very thin and tiny when zoom to extent. User will need to zoom in to a particular focus area, then play the animation to be able to see construction sequence visualized. 

Next time when user opens this same session, the above steps will need to be repeated because currently there is no way to save a viewpoint. 

When user 2 wants to open the session, he/she will need to either ask user 1 which area to zoom to or try to find out himself/herself. 

Having a functionality to save the Viewpoint within 4D reivew will be more user friendly, this should be an MVP. Later on we can build more into viewpoints.
