Knowing that the design rational for "Reports" module from support, which the report generated and submitted by one party (e.g. contractor) will be reviewed and approved by another party (e.g. project owner like us), while the workflow we are currently adopting is different, we are responsible to generate and submit the report for contractor review and comment, we will then approve it based on contractor endorsement, which currently is in the format of comment and not set as mandatory.

We do not have a concrete idea on how to implement this to fulfill our workflow, whether adding a choice for contractor to choose between accept/reject or by other ways. Feel free to discuss within your development team and propose to us.
