    Hello Jake,

    Many thanks for raising this Idea.

    I've marked it as "Already Exists" as, although the ability to create custom forms doesn't currently exist in SYNCHRO Perform, it does exist in SYNCHRO Control.

    Can you let me know if you have investigated using SYNCHRO Control for this?
