Thanks for the question. The reason to use this interface instead of work inspector is that work inspector page does not have any indication/grouping based on the WBS. Also the work inspector is not available to the standard restricted account users but we still need them to understand the current progress.

I have marked it as "Future Consideration" however is there a reason you would want the % Complete Tag here instead of directing user to the Work Inspector (where it already exists)?
