    Hello Pak,

    Thanks for raising this Idea.

    I have currently marked it as "Will Not Implement" as this request has been raised by users in the past and we decided not to make the change due to the impact of Activities that had an Earned Value Method of "Quantity Progress" or "Tagged Item Progress". Please be aware, however, that if an Activity has an Earned Value Method of Percentage then the Activity will go to 100% on "Finish" and 100% of the budgets (Cost and Labour) will be earned.
