    Hi All. i actually have an update. i spoke with the customer. we are going to go live with MTR's first project. ive committed to working with their CA's to see if non-mandatory event fields creates a data integrity/quality/increased workload issue for the project. ill also look to see if we cant reinforce processes with users to increase the data quality of events on entry. MTR will be rolling out larger projects in 12 months from now so if it is an issue we do have time to resolve technically if we think we need to. cheers
