Resource Status Date does not take the Synchro Control time zone setting or the mobile device clock setting Merged

User updated resource status from Synchro Field. When the statuses were synchronized to 4D pro, the user noticed that the time was as per GMT time zone even though user's tablet was set at GMT +8 and the project in Synchro Control is set at GMT + 8. See screenshot attached.
