Synchro PDF printer and preset paper sizes setup

I believe that it would be really useful if there was a "Synchro" preset PDF printer with the complete range of standard paper sizes and the option for custom ones.

Currently, Synchro uses the settings of the printers that are installed in the PC, which does not always help with the selection of larger layout formats. such as A0, A1, etc.
