I agree that productivity reporting data is very useful for identifying underperforming and overperforming teams however would it be your intent to highlight this in SYNCHRO Field itself?
SYNCHRO Perform already offers this type of productivity reporting based on schedule, earned and actual data, such as Labour Performance Index (LPI - sometimes referred to as Performance Factor or PF, which is earned versus actual labour hours), Cost Performance Index (CPI - actual cost versus earned cost) and Schedule Perform Index (SPI - earned versus planned (labour or cost)). These metrics can all be shown in reports in SYNCHRO Perform.
If you could let me know whether you would want to see this also in SYNCHRO Field, then I can understand the requirements further.
