Currently, the user can see the standard tooltips for each check box (the “View” tooltip for check boxes in the “View” column, the “Create” tooltip for check boxes in the “Create” column, and so on) in the “Permissions level” panel on Contract details page.

But if user moves the cursor to the column heading, another tooltip will appear that will provide users with more details (Current tooltip.jpg).

However, the users will know about existence of detailed tooltip only if they guess to move the cursor to the column heading.

Perhaps, it would be clearer for users to see informational mark next to the column heading. It will mark that there is special information there.

For example, (Example 1.jpeg) we can have the info mark next to each column heading and provide information for each column.

Or, perhaps, we need to show the info mark next to the Cost item (Example 2.jpg) and inform users about all permissions options.
