As a User I would want to be able to search for files based on the text in the sheet, for example search for "Section 15" and get a list of the PDF sheets with this text string Merged

a text based search capability will make it easy to find content

To search the PDF plan set open the PDF viewer and in the top right corner is a Search field that will search the whole plan set.
