Disable support link to Bentley Technical help for users. Replace with reporting link/form that will go to the project Admin. Most of the time the issues can be either resolved by the admin or they can escalate further to Bentley. Most of the time the user is asked actions that they have no permission to do like adding Bentley support to a project to enable investigation.
