When designing visibility in complex relation projects we need to add company specific role to AssignedUsers list to assure everyon from that company can see their forms. We can currently exclude the roles from a user list control but it will be much more User friendly if we can also have ability to exclude individual users from the list and only have the comapny based roles. Example: we have 100 names and following 2 roles: Subcontractor_1; Subcontractor_2.
For a user to select Subcontractor_1 they need to scroll through all 100 user names.
The option to "Hide users" along-side "Hide roles" is already in our near-term backlog. We are currently working through UX options for the user-filter as well as ensuring the storage of these filters will be performant on large and complete forms.
The Assigned To drop down currently has a user-enter filter applied. If the user starts to type "Ro" then the roles will be returned very quickly without having to scroll. The drop down filters on a partial text match.
