It would be very useful to be able to link forms (RFI's, for instance) that are already created to a plan sheet or PDF document. Right now, the only way to connect PDFs with forms is by creating the form from the document, but you cannot link it once after the issue is created. It would be also useful to have the feature of a linked document to pop-up on the same page (while browsing a PDF), instead of only download it, as sometimes the document is information additional to what is shown in the sheet.
Thank you for submitting your idea. We understand the desire for it and will consider it for a future release. There is an overhaul in progress of the PDF markup tool and this is a feature that is being discussed for that. We will update the idea as we get to a stage where the work is planned.
