Photos will be taking in the field using the app however there is now way to view all photos because there is no media indexing tab. This goes the same for schedule.

Concerning Media Indexing in Field, this is on our roadmap for the future as a "gallery" or "timeline" view in the app has been requested by several other users. At this stage, I can't give you a delivery date however I will link this Idea to the open feature request, meaning, when it ships, you will be notified.
Concerning the schedule, would you be able to give some more details about what you would expect to see in the Field app? As an example, would it be the Gantt chart view that is in SYNCHRO Control or a list of Tasks that a user can select from?
