In the PDF Settings selection under administration in SYNCHRO control we only have the ability to filter by all sheets, published or draft. A document controller needs the ability to have more options available to view plan sheets in case modifications/revisions, deletions, QR code stamping, etc. needs to occur. It would be best if the filter button would incorporate the user defined fields entered on the right-hand side of sheet in the PDF settings. In addition to the filtering capability, it should also allow for selection of these pages by the users filtering. This will increase efficiency when modifying packages of sheets. Lastly, this feature will need to collaborate with importing of new PDFS. We have had issues when importing revisions of new design package sheets being randomly spread through the current imported set of sheets thus making it difficult to move sheets to their correct location before publishing or editing. Example: If I want to import revised plan sheets for only ITS drawings, I can filter current set by my tag for ITS and it will then allow for me to import the new sheets in only the current range of filter selection. This will also assist in my QR Code placement AHA idea because I would also be able to select these pages with one click and then place a QR code on multiple sheets at once.
