As a user configuring inspections, I'd like the ability to download the inspection configuration file .xlsx I have previously loaded into SYNCHRO Control. This is so that I can correct mistakes, add more to the WBS/Spec, etc.

Any user configuring inspections will benefit from this as it allows to correct mistakes. Additionally, if the user making the adjustments is not the same as the user making the original configuration then this new user can go to SYNCHRO Control to download the file and work from there rather than start from zero.
