Having the form document number and Synchro ID column the same is beneficial to each project member as they do not need to open each file to check on what they are looking for. They can straightaway see it from the ID column listed.
During form creation, users will choose from the drop-down list for all the fields and free text for the sequence number. Synchro will pick up the document number and display the same on the ID column.
Thank you for submitting your idea. We understand the desire for it and will consider it for a future release. We have been looking at ways to support alternative document/form numbering schemas. As we continue our exploration we will update this idea.
