There is a great need of having a distribution list embedded within the form.

One of our users need this enhancement so they can put a newly raised form on a distribution list - pre defined list of users/roles who should be involved in the approval workflow. The form will be assigned automatically from user to user(role to role) throughout its approval workflow, rather than each user having to assign manually the form to the next responsible user/role. There are numerous teams involved within the workflow and the user reviewing the form wouldn't know who is next in line to approve/reject the form.
