Enable custom email distribution to engage other users with a form. It is difficult for the form originator to forward an item to their cross shift to follow up on. Enabling a distribution / linking for the form requests would enable us to better route the results of the survey request or RFI / Field Queries to other users or actions that are not part of the primary workflow.
Thank you for submitting your idea. We believe this is already available through the multi assign widget in the forms designer.
By adding that widget as a part of the form, it can be used as a secondary assignment, i.e. a distribution list. At any stage of the workflow, users can share the form with other users or roles to ensure that all relevant parties are informed. Note that this only includes users and roles that are already a part of the project and not external email addresses.
