Currently users are unable to Markup PDFs from Form Attachments. It is expected when a Form is opened and users quickly view the attachements that there will be a markup ability to add comments and pass it through the workflow. It would be great if we could markup pdf attahments the same way as with pdf's that are stored in the Files or ProjectWise
