Allow Admin's to update User Profiles in Control
Thank you for your idea. Account administrators can already update user profiles for their own users using the Bentley User Management Portal. Please note that this applies only for users within the admin's account and they are not able to edit users that belong to other organizations.

This is not in production but we have prioritized the development after receiving your idea. We will update the admin response of this idea once we release.

Thanks for your feedback. I completely understand your frustration. Since the user accounts are not project specific, we will not be able to grant access for admins to change names of users in other accounts. However, we can help eliminate this problem by implementing a page that the user is redirected to if a name has not been configured for their account. See mockup below:
This would mean that users without a name (which defaults to FirstName LastName) would not be able to access SYNCHRO Control unless they completed their profile. Would this satisfy your needs?
I am well aware of the capability to manage internal account profiles. This does not fix the problem of the supply chain and external organizations. The attached is a direct result. This is frustarting to project users who are unable to identify reciepients of tasks.
