When a User is added for the first time to a Control Project through Administration>Manage Your Team>Add Users, the Name for that User will show as FirstName LastName. When the User logins to Control, it should be mandatory fields to change their First and Last Name or some kind of verification of First and Last Name before proceeding within Control. This can have a huge impact on workflows and assigning documents if a User does not update their First and Last Name.
