Users want the option to simply open the pdf viewer instead of the markup viewer when clicking on the attached pdf or pdf in documents in Control.

    Hi HoSang,

    Thanks for raising this Idea and apologies for the very delayed response however I have marked your Idea as "Implemented" as when a user opens a PDF in Field, it opens in "View" mode and from there the user can choose to "Annotate" (the same behaviour as Control).
