Add Related and Escalate Option is not available in Field App.
If we are asking our Contractor to raise Inspection with supporting checklist to complete inspection. Due to lack of this feature, we have to provide him Syncho Control License and it's not user friendly for him to switch back to Web and perform Add Related or Escalate option.
We think this option should available with in Synchro Field.
Thank you for this idea. We understand the desire for it and will consider it for a future release. We are currently investigating the effort to show and create links in SYNCHRO Field and will update this idea as we progress.
